Be sure to include:

Myth: The myth (be as clear as possible). If this is an enhancement to a myth already on the site, please include the myth's reference number
Reality: A debunking of the myth (be complete, yet concise)
Link: If at all possible, a link to a reputable site that provides backup to the debunking
